The Chelsea boot was originally designed for the Queen Victoria upon her request, she wished to have a riding boot that would also be suitable for walking. The boot was designed to be easily slipped on and off, with elasticated side panels and a pull tab.

Shoe Care
It is important to regular maintain your shoes to ensure there longevity.
Before applying any products make sure to clean your shoes using a humidified sponge or cloth, then let them dry.
Once dry, use a conditioning cream to hydrate the leather, which will bring back its suppleness and shine. Use a cloth to apply the cream, then wait 10 to 20 minutes before buffing with a soft cloth.
If you want to give your patina an extra shine you can apply a good quality wax polish. Use a cotton rag twisted around your fingers to apply the wax, then remove the excess with a soft brush. The wax adds a small degree of protection against water and dirt.
